We’re excited to report that with the arrival of both April showers and sunshine, planning is underway for planting of our 2022 crops! Sweet corn seeds along with our other favourite vegetables have arrived and we are plotting out where everything will go. Calves are being born and as the grass is starting to turn green, we are thinking about when the Simmentals can head off to pasture. The garlic that we tucked away into the ground last fall is peaking through and looks fabulous already.
