When in-person events were deemed high risk due to pandemic public health restrictions, the Toronto Garlic Festival needed to find an alternative way to celebrate Ontario garlic, support farmers and promote food and beverage establishments. Our inaugural 2021 Ontario Garlic Week saw farmers team up with restaurants, breweries, bars, cafés, drive-ins and theatres across the province to celebrate and embrace Ontario-grown garlic.

 Strategic sponsors jumped on board quickly, extending funds and the strength of their brand loyalty to make the inaugural Ontario Garlic Week a success, supporting our five pillars. Likewise, from our invested and hybrid partners in hospitality, tourism, agriculture and retail. 

This unprecedented global setback has prompted a re-think of how to support our partners. Let’s rejoice, support and share in local Ontario-grown garlic with Ontario Garlic Week and yearlong campaigns!
